Here are the winner list and comments for the Good Boss, Bad Boss giveaway. As you can tell, most people have indeed worked for a "bosshole" and most chose to leave. It's exactly the warning Sutton is issuing with his book. Be a beast, and you risk losing the best people.

I too worked for a manager who mad working for her a complete rollercoaster. You never knew what you were going to get day-to-day. One day she would love your work, the next, she would be so completely controlling as to redo everything she had loved the day before. The assistant manager above me would go out to her car and cry, eventually choosing to leave. I was offered the job and turned it down, leaving the company. It just wasn't worth it.

Answers from the winners of UnMarketing. My favorite? When asked: "Do you do McDonald's coffee?" TD from Moore SC answered: "like sex in a canoe! heretic!" As a coffee addict, I was amazed to read how many people don't drink coffee. I can't fathom it! Though as with all addictions, I can see that life could become less complicated without my daily need for a cuppa.
